As Director for Ports in the WA Department of Transport since 2022, Fabrice Gregoire led the development of the WA Hydrogen and Renewables Ports Strategy. The strategy guides Government’s policies and investments in WA ports to facilitate the state’s energy transition and the growth of its hydrogen export industry. 

With more than two decades working on public strategies to stimulate exports and investment in development projects across the world and in WA, Fabrice Gregoire brings a wealth of experience on the role of government in driving and enabling industry development.
Fabrice holds a Master in Public Administration and Economic Development from the Institute of Sciences Po, Paris.
