Dr Oliver Landwehr is the Deputy Head of Mission and Head of the Political, Press & Information Section at the Delegation of the European Union to Australia. Prior to that, he was a counsellor at the EU Delegation to the United Nations in Vienna. He started his EU career at the European Court of Justice, and has worked at the European Commission’s DG JUST and for the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). His academic background is in public international and European Union law, where he holds a diploma and an LL.M from King’s College London and a Ph.D from the University of Munich.
