David Hanly is the National Port Sector Lead for Arcadis Australia. David has 25 years of experience in port infrastructure project delivery across all phases, including master planning, environmental permitting, engineering design, tendering, construction supervision, and facility condition assessment.

Notable recent projects include a cruise ship terminal in Saudi Arabia, a naval base expansion in South India, and a container terminal in Ghana, West Africa.
Originally from the United States, David started his career in consulting as a bridge engineer. Australia has been his home for 12 years. His hobbies include playing golf, reading novels, and travelling.
