Geoffrey is an internationally experienced CEO with organisations ranging from large technology corporates to venture capital backed start-ups. He is well-versed in corporate governance for both publicly ASX listed and private companies as well as the practice of business excellence and quality improvement. Geoffrey has an affinity with strategy development, commercialisation and global alliances in engineering, technology and manufacturing. His executive career includes executive roles with Philips, Bosch and Sanmina-SCI.
Geoffrey spent over 15 years living in the Netherlands including 10 years with Philips.
He is experienced in establishing common industrial working groups as well as managing co-operative pan-european research initiatives under the ESPRIT3 banner.
Most recently Geoffrey has focused on the creation of Ferron Energy to help globalise the iron power eco-stem together with Iron Plus to commercialise technology developed through the Technical University of Eindhoven.
Geoffrey has an Honours degree in Physics from London University, King’s College and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
